D.D. McDee comes from a long line of interesting

women who wrote wonderful things. Her great

grandmother was a poet, her grandmother

(the one this story was written about) was a

farmwife, a writer and high school teacher, and

her mother wrote epic letters that were each one

an adventure story. After writing stories in her head for years,

D.D. finally started putting them down in her computer.
